Conversion of hi ankylosis to hip replacement
 Preoperative  Postoperative  Remarks

 Case 1  

 

    23 year, female Bilateral DDH Failed surgery
at the age of 4, leading to Fused hips, bilateral shortening . Function improved after bilateral THA.

 Case 2   

 

    52 years old male had a fall 25 years ago
With bilateral # neck of femurs treated 
By multiple surgeries and ended up 
with arthrodesis
